We are seeking an ambitious, relationship-driven Regional Account Manager to represent and grow our Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) service contract business across major automotive dealer groups. This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of automotive sales experience and a college degree who wants to transition from retail automotive sales into a consultative business-to-biz sales and account management role.
You’ll work directly with dealership leadership, finance teams, and sales personnel to drive product adoption, deliver training, strengthen partnerships, and help dealerships maximize performance. Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership leadership, including Market Presidents, General Managers, Sales Managers, and F&I Managers.
- Drive growth by increasing PDR service contract penetration within dealership F&I departments.
- Conduct dealership training sessions and ongoing coaching to improve product knowledge, presentation skills, and closing ratios.
- Analyze dealership performance metrics and implement strategies to increase revenue and product adoption.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated customer and dealer concerns, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
- Partner with internal claims, operations, and leadership teams to deliver exceptional dealer support.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, retention, and expansion within assigned dealer groups.
- Maintain a consistent travel schedule to support dealer visits, training initiatives, and relationship management.
- Provide regular reporting on sales performance, market trends, and account activity.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- 2–3 years of successful automotive sales experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the territory, including overnight travel.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Increased PDR service contract penetration across assigned dealer groups.
- Strong, trusted relationships with dealership leadership and F&I teams.
- Consistent achievement or exceeding of regional sales objectives.
- High dealer satisfaction through responsive support and issue resolution.
- Measurable improvement in dealership product performance through training and coaching.
