HowYou'll Make a Difference
As our Manager, Sales, you'll inspire and support your team to achieve ambitious goals while creating an environment where people can grow and succeed. You'll help strengthen customer partnerships, expand our market presence, and ensure every interaction reflects the integrity, service, and professionalism that define Site Pro Rentals.
What You'll Do- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Outside Sales Representatives to achieve sales, profitability, customer retention, and growth goals.
- Drive execution of sales strategies, CRM best practices, safety expectations, and operational standards while monitoring performance and accountability.
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop top talent, supporting performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
- Partner with branch leadership and corporate teams to align staffing, financial performance, and business initiatives across your region.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with 7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience.
- Experience leading sales teams, preferably managing four or more sales professionals in a multi-location environment.
- Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills with a passion for developing people.
- Financial and business acumen, analytical decision-making abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
