Appointment Setter/ Scheduler, Business Development
We're selectively expanding our Appointment Setter team at Wealthy Leadership and are looking for a small number of high-caliber individuals who operate at a different standard.
You'll be working directly with people who are already exploring ways to improve their financial situation. Your job is to lead high-quality conversations, think critically, and help people make clear, confident decisions about taking the next step.
This is a performance-driven environment built around ownership, growth, and results - not scripts, micromanagement, or high-volume outreach.
Duties:
- Identify and engage potential prospects through social platforms, professional communities, and personal networks
- Initiate respectful, thoughtful conversations with professionals and business owners
- Understand each person's goals, challenges, and current financial situation
- Communicate our services in a simple, relevant, and personalized way
- Assess alignment and readiness for a financial strategy conversation
- Coordinate and schedule appointments with our advisory team
- Provide clear next steps and ensure prospects are prepared before their session
- Maintain organized notes and consistent follow-up
- Develop and manage a steady pipeline of qualified conversations
- Stay aligned with weekly activity and performance goals
Note:
Outreach is conducted through direct conversations, referrals, and networking.
Compensation:
- Performance-based structure with potential to earn $900–$1,800 per week, with top performers exceeding this range

Training & Support:
