- You will develop and implement commercial strategies to drive refrigerant sales growth, including market segmentation and identification of key opportunities
- Lead, motivate, and train the sales team, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge required to achieve established sales objectives
- Develop specific strategies for launching and positioning new generations of refrigerants in the market, addressing customer needs and regulatory changes
- You are expected to manage and monitor import permits and other regulatory requirements affecting refrigerant commercialization
- Conduct ongoing market studies to identify trends, competitors, and new business opportunities, recommending corrective actions when significant market variations occur
- Maintain close relationships with key customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty while developing new business opportunities
- You are going monitor sales performance, prepare performance reports, and present results to executive management
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless customer service and compliance with corporate protocols
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of five years of sales experience, preferably in chemical products, refrigerants, or related industries
- In-depth knowledge of the refrigerants market and industry dynamics
- Strong B2B sales management and strategic negotiation skills
- You have proven ability to develop and execute long-term sales strategies aligned with market and regulatory requirements
- Familiarity with regulatory permits, product import processes, and international chemical regulations
- Advanced proficiency with technology tools for market analysis and sales tracking, including CRM systems and data analytics tools
- You have excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and team-building skills with a customer-oriented mindset
- Effective communication skills in English and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
