- Create high-quality, innovative designs for patient materials, internal communications, social and digital assets with a focus on Suvida’s products/services.
- Design marketing and educational materials including brochures, flyers, infographics, web and email campaigns, social media visuals and presentations.
- Create consistent elements that adhere to brand guidelines and regulatory compliance within the healthcare industry.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and clinical teams to conceptualize and execute design strategies aligned with campaign and communication goals.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept through execution, while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and clients into design revisions.
- Work independently to develop work that is on strategy.
- Collaborate with copywriter to deliver creative and strategic assets.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
- Bilingual – Spanish required.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience as a graphic designer.
- Experience designing materials for healthcare brands, products, or services.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in both print and digital design.
- High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Proficiency in motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of basic marketing principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively within the constraints of healthcare regulations.
- Excellent project management skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work effectively across teams.
- Ability to set priorities while handling multiple tasks and learn quickly.
- Experience executing creative briefs and transforming complex content into simple marketing assets.
- Proven ability to present design concepts and strategies to key stakeholders.
- Experience with medical, legal, and regulatory bodies in the healthcare industry preferred.
Creative Design Portfolio is required.
