** Responsible for sourcing procurement opportunities and leading the preparation and submission of winning proposals. In this role, the Bid Coordinator will assist the Engineering team by responding to Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Quotes (RFQs), Requests for Information (RFIs) and manage the proposal development process to ensure the timely delivery of compliant and accurate proposals. Selected candidate should exhibit strong oral and writing skills, excellent attention to detail and must be able to successfully collaborate with Sales Engineers, Customers and Manufacturers to keep team informed of changes while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Must be able to work well with others in a fast-paced & high-volume environment.
** Responsibilities****:
*** Act as the central liaison on assigned proposals and lead the bid development process for Engineering team.
* Respond to RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs and create proposal outlines and detailed development plans.
* Assist with kick off meetings, as well as prepare proposal plans, schedules, and compliance matrices for all phases of proposal development.
* Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to complete the formulation of winning strategies and articulate message throughout bids.
* Solicit management reviews and approvals during proposal development.
* Monitor bids to ensure compliance to RFP and Technical requirements and evaluate criteria.
* Manage pipeline of bid opportunities and communicate potential opportunities to Engineering team.
* Support the submission of winning bid responses by working closely with the team.
* Research information to include corporate information, product, and other standard materials.## Qualifications
** Qualifications****:*
* * Strong aptitude for improving organization, flow, readability, completeness, and clarity of engineer intensive proposals.
* Ability to work in a deadline-conscious, results driven environment.
** Education and/or Experience Required****:
*** Preferred experience in the HVAC, estimating, engineering, construction management or contracting environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
