In this role, you will assist customers with mobile phones, service plans, and accessories while delivering an outstanding in-store experience. • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with phones, plans, and accessories
• Build strong customer relationships by understanding needs and recommending the best solutions
• Promote and sell wireless products while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, and wireless technology
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional retail environment

• Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and interest in sales
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Authorized to work in the United States
