• Guide homeowners through important home improvement decisions by educating them on roofing and window solutions

• Coachable and open to feedback, training, and continuous development
• Sales, customer service, leadership, military, construction, oil & gas, management, or other professional experience preferred but not required

• Paid training with structured mentorship and coaching
• Transitional compensation plan: base pay of $1,600/month ($400/week) plus commission during training (average ~$1,400 per week total)
