Sales Representative

City Wide Building Services is seeking an outside sales representative with a "go-getter" attitude in the Houston market. This individual is responsible for finding and engaging new customers through a combination of cold‑calling, warm lead follow‑up and expanding existing client relationships.

• Communicate with customers in person, over the phone, and via email
• Educate the client on the various types of services that City Wide offers and determine the most appropriate solution to meet client’s needs.
• Work with Director of Business Development to define sales strategies and achieve established goals.
• Identify potential clients in the assigned market.
• Maintain positive and productive relationships with clients.
• Identify and contact qualified clients for services daily.
• Negotiate contract and pricing agreements with clients onsite.
• Follow up with potential clients throughout the sales process.
• Track all prospecting in CRM system.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 1 or more years minimum experience in sales
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficient with computer and software applications such as Microsoft Suite.
• Familiar with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus)
