The Parts Sales Representative will be a self-starting individual that provides clients with outstanding customer service. This will include, but not be limited to, identifying replacement and warranty parts, tracking inventory, and shipping parts from our San Antonio, Texas office.

• Works on a team with the Outside Salesman for the Parts Department to support multiple product lines represented by HTS Central Texas.
• Possesses a mechanical comprehension of HVAC systems needed to establish a solution for customer’s replacement parts and equipment needs.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with customers by meeting their expectations.
• Retain customer satisfaction by assisting customers with identifying parts, providing quotes and processing orders.
• Fulfillment of sales orders, which includes placing orders with manufacturers, tracking shipping, and completing invoicing for processed orders.
• Maintain warehouse and showroom inventory accuracy.
• Stock warehouse and Parts Department showroom with parts and supplies.
• Inform customers of any updates and bulletins supplied by manufacturers.
• Coordinate shipping and receiving of freight for Parts Department related supplies and equipment.
• Accomplish warranty administration on parts for all manufacturers.
• Execute freight claims for damaged goods.

• Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Construction or Parts Industry experience.
• Excellent initiative and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong PC skills in Microsoft Windows 7 Professional and Outlook.
• Ability to operate warehouse machinery.
