Position Summary

Strategic Protection Solutions, LLC (SPS) | License #c19722 is seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Representative to expand our client base throughout Texas. This is a high-impact, performance-based role for someone who already has a book of business or established client relationships in the security, property management, or facilities service industry.

You will be responsible for generating new leads, managing relationships, and closing service contracts for the following services:

  • Armed & Unarmed Guard Services
  • Vehicle & Foot Patrols
  • Fire Watch & Emergency Coverage
  • Event & HOA Security
  • Corporate, Retail, and Residential Clients
Compensation
  • Base Pay: — TBD —
  • Commission: 5% on new signed contracts
  • Bonuses:
    Based on revenue performance and contract retention
  • Schedule:

    Independent & flexible — manage your own pipeline
Position Requirements
  • Must bring your own book of business or verifiable sales leads
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B or service industry sales experience (verifiable)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
  • Self‑motivated, reliable, and professional appearance
  • Familiarity with private security or related services is a plus
