Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Houston, TX. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth within their assigned territory by managing and supporting a team of sales professionals. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, providing training and coaching to team members, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The role also involves monitoring team performance, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with other teams to optimize business results.
Qualifications- Proven skills in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effectively engaging with clients and team members.
- Experience in Training and coaching team members to achieve their professional goals.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a results-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience in the telecom industry or retail sales environment is a plus.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
