Sunbelt Stud Welding, Inc. is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This position focuses on providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product selection, preparing quotations, and processing orders for our stud welding products.

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email.
• Assist customers with product selection and technical questions.
• Prepare and follow up on customer quotations.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and responsive service.
• Adapt to changing business needs and support continuous improvement initiatives.
