Position:
Leasing Consultant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Leasing Consultant to join our team. If you love connecting with people and managing the leasing process from first visit to move-in, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

• Greet and assist prospective residents with tours and leasing questions
• Prepare lease packages and ensure all paperwork is accurate and complete
• Use One Site and CRM Knock to manage leads, follow-ups, and communication
• Help manage community marketing efforts, including social media posts and resident events planning with the Property Manager
• Follow up with prospects and resident requests in a timely and professional way
• Provide top-notch service both in person and over the phone
• Keep the office and tour spaces clean, organized, and welcoming

• Leasing experience preferred
  , but at least 2 years of customer service or sales experience required
• Experience with CRM (Knock) and One Site is a plus
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills
• Friendly, professional communication style
• A positive, team-oriented attitude with a “get things done” approach
• Must be available to work Saturdays; we are closed on Sundays
