What You'll Be Doing- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to grow ready‑mix concrete sales and market share.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
- Collaborate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure exceptional customer service and project execution.
- Prepare accurate quotes, contracts, and sales forecasts while monitoring market trends and competitive activity.
- Resolve customer concerns proactively and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.
- Demonstrated ability to develop customer relationships and drive sales growth in a competitive market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills with a customer‑focused approach.
- Capability to analyze market conditions and identify opportunities to expand business.
- Effective organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with sales tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
Regular travel within the assigned territory to meet with customers, prospects, and project stakeholders. Combination of office, field, and customer site work environments. Frequent interaction with internal teams to support customer needs and business objectives. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
What We Offer- $85,000‑$95,000 base salary and participation in our annual incentive plan.
