Inside Sales, Sales Associate/Assistant
The Inside Sales Specialist will connect over the phone to an assigned group of customers as well as prospect for new opportunities to grow market share.
Key Job Responsibilities- Ability to make high amounts of outbound calls
- Assume ownership of assigned account base
- Cultivate lasting relationships with account base
- Onboard new customers and set them up for success
- Maintain contacts, profile information and sales reports within our CRM
- Develop and grow sales within XL Parts or TPH-All markets no geographical boundaries
- Use technology tools to proactively manage and grow sales
- Support customer facing programs and initiatives
- Identify potential for sales appointments, competitor conquest, and permanent assignment within sales channels (customer migration)
- Effectively promote value-added services (Online ordering, TGTR, Training Clinics, PSC, MyXLP, etc.)
- Qualify leads for online credentials
- Knowledge of auto parts or the automotive industry
- Experience in Outside Sales, Inside Sales, or Account Management
- Must have reliable transportation
- Communication, must communicate professionally with all customers and teammates
- Dress code, must maintain a professional appearance at all work times

Environmental/Occupational Health andPhysical Requirements
Typical 9-hour day to include reaching, standing, walking, kneeling, lifting and carrying. To perform the duties of this job the employee must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment. The heavy lifting of 50lbs or more may be required. The employee also shares the responsibility to perform routine housekeeping activities such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, restroom cleaning and changing trash can liners.
