House Pro AC is seeking an Inside Sales & Customer Service Rep to join our Houston area team. You will make many outbound calls to follow up on service or sales visits, verify customer satisfaction, and promote additional services/products.
You will enroll customers in our annual maintenance program, follow up on technician estimates, and set sales appointments. Documentation in the CRM is essential, and some projects may be assigned.
