Inside Sales Specialist

We are recruiting for a relationship-driven Inside Sales Representative with experience in industrial manaufacturing and fastner distribution to support continued growth and provide exceptional customer service and technical expertise within the aerospace and defense market . .

Specially, this position will

• :
  
  Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• .Prepare quotations, proposals, and bids based on customer specifications and technical requirements
• .Recommend products and technical solutions that meet customer application needs
• .Manage customer inquiries related to pricing, availability, lead times, and order status
• .Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and generate new business
• .Coordinate product samples, certifications, and supporting documentation
• .Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity within ERP and CRM systems
• .Achieve sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service
• .
  Candidates should posses
• s:5+ years of inside sales, account management, or customer service experience in an industrial or manufacturing environmen
• t.Experience with aerospace, defense, military, OEM, or fastener products strongly preferre
• d.Working knowledge of aerospace and military fasteners, manufacturing processes, and technical specification
• s.Ability to interpret customer requirements and prepare accurate quotation
• s.Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skill
• s.Proficiency with ERP systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Offic
• e.Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and industry experienc
