We're looking for people who already know how to sell - and real estate agents are some of the best salespeople there are. You read people, you handle objections, you close in living rooms, and you're comfortable earning on commission. That's most of the job already.

The difference: here, you never prospect. No farming, no cold outreach, no chasing listings, no buying leads. We generate and book your appointments. You show up, understand the homeowner's problem, design a custom solution, and close. Your effort converts to income instead of getting eaten by lead generation.

• Company-booked appointments. Your calendar gets filled with homeowners who asked to see us. All your energy goes into selling, not finding.
• Commission with no ceiling. A solid, coachable rep earns $100K+. Top closers clear well beyond that, plus performance bonuses. You already know commission is how you make real money - this just removes the part where you generate your own pipeline.
• A shorter cycle than a home sale. No 60-day escrows. You meet a homeowner, design a solution, and close - often in one visit. Faster wins, faster paydays.
• Real training and backing. Software, a defined consultative process, ride-alongs, and a manager invested in your numbers. We invest heavily in your development - bring the willingness to learn our way and sharpen against it.

• Already live on commission and want more at-bats, not more prospecting

• Availability: at least 6 in-home appointments per week, including some evenings and Saturdays
