Sales Manager

We are hiring an experienced Sales Manager to lead, coach, and drive a team of sales representatives in selling electrical equipment and power solutions. This role focuses on achieving revenue growth, optimizing processes, and expanding market presence in the data center and industrial sectors.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to meet individual and team targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies, forecasts, and territory plans.
• Oversee key account management and major deal negotiations.
• Analyze sales performance metrics and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership on go-to-market initiatives.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Recruit and onboard top sales talent.

• 5–8+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2–3 years in management.
• Strong background in electrical/power industry or B2B technical sales preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to hit revenue targets and build high‑performing teams.
• Proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA a plus).
• Leadership, coaching, and strategic thinking skills.
