Summary

The Sales Professional delivers exceptional in-store client experiences and acts as a brand ambassador for Ralph Lauren. This role focuses on building and nurturing client relationships, exceeding sales goals, and offering personalized styling both in person and via virtual selling tools
. The Associate supports store operations, events, and customer outreach while maintaining professional presentation standards.

• Greet, listen to and assist customers to deliver memorable, high-quality service and styling.
• Build and maintain client correspondence and outreach to drive repeat business and sales.
• Drive full-price volume across product pillars and meet/exceed individual sales targets.
• Utilize technology and virtual selling tools to expand client engagement and product reach.
• Develop and maintain strong product knowledge across the Ralph Lauren lifestyle catalog.
• Support store initiatives, inventory tasks, special events, and perform opening/closing duties as needed.
• Maintain professional appearance and follow company presentation and grooming standards.

• Relevant retail or sales experience preferred with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter mindset with a passion for the brand and a customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency in English; strong computer skills preferred (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Workday, Outlook).
• Ability to operate the register and stand, walk, and move for multiple hours; lift up to 30 lbs and climb a ladder as trained under safety guidelines.
