Account Manager

The Account Manager will be working with our Outfield team. His or her responsibilities will be:

• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Growing the size of accounts through value added solution selling
• Working cross-functionally with the Outfield team to identity and solve customer challenges
• Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned account management matters
• Identifying needs and opportunities based on trends taking place in our space
• Participating in ongoing communications with clients to ensure continued success and retention
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Creating and presenting business proposals

• Bachelor's degree 2-3 years of business experience
• Must have quality communication and presentation skills (verbally and written)
• Must be comfortable with advanced statistics and data analysis
• Must be a great listener
• Individual must be able to work with little supervision at times
• Must be a creative thinker
• Must be coachable
• Must be comfortable speaking with personnel of various backgrounds (including company executives)
