Due to our recent growth and acquisitions we are looking for individuals to fulfill the following position:
Business Development Representative, Planet Ford 45 Spring-Woodlands.

Position Mission Statement:
Field incoming sales calls and internet sales leads, set sales appointments, track results of appointments, making follow up calls to insure proper customer satisfaction.

Key Accountability Areas:

• Answer incoming sales calls in a timely manner
• Respond to internet sales leads in a timely manner
• Set appointments for sales leads
• Tracking the results of sales appointments
• Follow up sales calls to insure proper customer satisfaction

Compensation Plan:

Hourly wage based on personal experience

Bonus based on appointments set

Bonus based on appointments showed & sold

Bonus based on Customer Satisfaction Scores
