• Research and identify prospective clients through Linked In, company websites, and business directories.
• Generate and qualify leads for IT services and staffing solutions.
• Reach out to prospects via email, phone calls, and social media.
• Schedule meetings and demos for the senior sales team.
• Maintain CRM records and track sales activities.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
• Follow up with prospects and nurture client relationships.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to drive business growth.
• Prepare weekly lead generation and sales pipeline reports.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, IT, or a related field.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and goal-oriented.
• Familiarity with Linked In, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
• Basic knowledge of IT services or technology solutions is a plus.
