Outside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

* Develop new business opportunities within target industries, including:

* Oil & Gas

* Aerospace

* Defense

* Industrial Automation

* Medical Devices

* Power & Energy

* Identify potential OEM customers via networking, referrals, cold calls, email campaigns, trade shows, and industry events.

* Build and maintain relationships with engineering, supply chain, operations, and executive decision-makers.

* Assess customer opportunities and collaborate with internal estimating and engineering teams to coordinate RFQs.

* Showcase current manufacturing capabilities and value propositions to potential clients.

* Oversee the sales pipeline from initial lead generation to contract finalization and onward into production.

* Achieve or surpass sales and gross margin goals.

* Participate in trade shows, visit customers, and attend industry networking events.

* Collaborate closely with engineering, program management, quality, and operations to guarantee a smooth onboarding process for customers.

* Develop, update, and maintain written progress reports and plans for acquiring new and potential clients.

* Arrange and execute a follow-up meeting with the client to assess customer satisfaction.

* Keep fiscal and personnel data confidential.

* Address and resolve customer complaints related to services, products, or staff.
