Interact with hundreds of customers online, over the phone, and in person to guide their vehicle purchase in a no-haggle environment;
Respond to leads in a timely fashion and provide information to help guide customers from phone/internet contact to in-store experience;
Sell vehicles while ensuring terms meet customers’ lifestyles and budgets and close the deal;
Provide an exceptional customer experience before and after purchase, driving loyalty and following up to ensure satisfaction;
Transition customers to the Service department to support ownership experience
