Compensation

• $40,000 base salary
• Uncapped commission opportunities

On-Target Earnings

• Year 1: $50,
• Year 2: $80,
• Year 3: $,000+

What You’ll Do

• Build and grow your own book of business through networking, referrals, community involvement, and prospecting
• Develop relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Identify client needs and recommend insurance solutions
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Consistently achieve sales and performance goals
