Summary/Objective The Vice President, Marketing & Sales Enablement leads the development and execution of marketing strategies and sales enablement programs that drive growth, customer engagement, and sales effectiveness. This role partners with Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership to align and execute marketing initiatives across full funnel demand generation and lead management, brand and digital presence and thought leadership, website experience, and local marketing and partnerships.

Required Education, Experience, Certifications and Licensure
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field required.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in marketing, sales enablement, business development, or related leadership functions.
- Valid state issued driver's license in good standing and acceptable driving record.
- Able to read, write and speak English fluently. Bilingual is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint) required.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
