Business Development, Account Manager
SLB is seeking a motivated Sales Representative for Valves & Measurement to join our team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, serving as the primary commercial contact for customers while supporting the growth of SLB's valves and measurement business. You will develop account strategies, identify new business opportunities, and deliver solutions that align with customer operational objectives.
The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen with a consultative approach to customer engagement. This role provides the opportunity to influence business growth, contribute to market development initiatives, and collaborate with technical and operational teams to deliver value-driven solutions across the energy sector.

Roles and Responsibilities- Develop and execute account plans that support revenue growth and long-term customer retention.
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand business needs, strengthen client relationships, and expand sales opportunities.
- Identify, qualify, and advance opportunities while maintaining an accurate sales pipeline in C4C.
- Maintain customer records, visit reports, organizational charts, and account intelligence within the CRM system.
- Gather and analyze market, customer, and competitor information to support business development strategies.
- Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives and introduce new products and services.
- Resolve commercial issues promptly and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor pricing trends, support receivables management activities, and contribute to multi-business line initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in industrial, instrumentation, valves, measurement, automation, or related technical markets.
- Oil & Gas industry experience preferred.
- Experience utilizing CRM systems, preferably C4C or similar platforms.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and account management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across functions.
- Knowledge of valves, flow measurement, instrumentation, or process control solutions is considered an asset.
- Must be legally authorized to work and reside in the United States without company sponsorship
