$110K-$115K Base + Up to 80% Bonus + Uncapped Commission

Alliance Technical Group is growing fast and looking for a driven Business Development Manager to own and expand our Houston Region, covering East Texas. If you thrive on closing deals, building relationships, and winning new business, this is your opportunity to step into a high-reward, high-visibility role.

• Hunt and close new business across industrial and environmental markets
• Grow and expand key accounts throughout your territory
• Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and consultants
• Represent Alliance at industry events and trade shows
• Partner with operations and technical teams to win and successfully deliver projects
• Leverage CRM tools, including Salesforce, to manage your pipeline and drive results

• 3-5+ years of proven B2B sales success; industrial, technical, or environmental experience is preferred
• A true hunter mentality with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• A self-starter mindset with the drive to win and close deals
