Job Summary

As a Senior Integrated Support Services Solution Consultant, you are the region’s most experienced driver ofSoftware

One'sMicrosoft Integrated Support Services (ISS) portfolio, helping customers modernize how they buy and consume Microsoft support. You are a hunter and a player-coach — you own Integrated Support Services in your territory, lead its most complex and strategic pursuits, and set the standard for the broader ISS seller team. You partner with field sales and clients to assess their support needs and align ISS proposals to the customer’s Microsoft agreement lifecycle — particularly EA andCSPrenewal moments.

You translate support requirements into tailored commercial solutions, structure pricing with sales and delivery, and own the deal from qualification through close while shaping the region’s ISS go-to-market strategy alongside the ISS Leader. This roleoperates as both an overlay to existing Software One customers and a driver of net-new Integrated Support Services business, andcarries an elevated annual revenue quota for Integrated Support Services bookings.

• Act as a hunter — proactively prospect, generate, and pursue net-new ISS opportunities across your territory.
• Represent Integrated Support Services in your territory as its primary owner and advocate, anddrive the region’s ISS go-to-market strategy.
• Lead the most complex, high-value, and strategic Integrated Support Services pursuits, engaging C-level, procurement, and finance executives.
• Act as a player-coach — mentor ISS Solution Consultants, share winning plays, and raise the capability of the broader ISS seller team.
• Partner with the ISS Leader to shape territory strategy, forecasting, and go-to-market priorities for the region.
• Take full ownership and accountability for the territory pipeline and results, leading with initiative while consistently delivering against the sales number.
• Partner with field sales and clients to assess support requirements, current Microsoft support coverage, and gaps during discovery.

• Scope and size opportunities using analytical rigor, aligning client needs with

• Define pricing in collaboration with sales and delivery.
• Develop and coordinate clear, comprehensive proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs) outlining scope, service levels, and terms.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on Microsoft support offerings in client meetings, presentations, and workshops.
• Build andmaintainISS sales collateral including case studies, presentations, and value/TCO comparisons.
• Collaborate with marketing and the broader solution sales organization to create compelling sales enablement materials.
• Support the full sales cycle from business development through deal closure to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
