Join us as a Regional Parts Specialist within Steam America, where you will play a pivotal role in developing proposals and bids for the Latin America and Asia Pacific regions. • Prepare proposals and formal bids while adhering to pricing guidelines, ensuring timely delivery to meet both internal and external client expectations.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs.
• Act as a dual resource for our legacy WBU and Gimpel product lines, negotiating pricing, lead times, and terms with clients to secure business.
• Initiate Engineering and Operations activities by entering orders into the ERP System, and pursue sales opportunities using Sales Force (CRM Tool).
• Drive client satisfaction by building strong relationships, engaging in collaborative selling, and resolving issues promptly.

• A minimum of a High School Diploma/GED (an Associate’s Degree in Business or a technical field is preferred).
• 0-2+ years of experience in parts operations, marketing & sales, and/or customer service or a related field. Those with more experience may be considered for a more senior level.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills in English; fluency in a second language is a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail, with flexibility to travel up to 5% domestically.

You would be part of our SE GP I Industrial Steam Turbine Service Marketing and Sales Department, reporting to the North America Regional Parts Manager for Steam America.
