Leasing Consultant - Multifamily

La Serena Apartments is seeking an enthusiastic Leasing Consultant to join our team.

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused professional who is passionate about helping prospective residents find their next home while delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.

We offer an attractive hourly pay + commission structure.

• Greet and assist prospective residents in person, online, and by phone
• Give apartment tours and highlight community features
• Process applications and lease paperwork
• Build relationships with current and future residents
• Help meet leasing and occupancy goals
• Support resident events and community engagement

• Previous leasing experience required
• Experience in One Site software required
• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
• Friendly, professional, and confident communicator
• Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team player mindset
