Our client is hiring a competitive Entry-Level Inside Sales Representative to support outbound prospecting, qualify leads, and set high-quality meetings for their sales team. Compensation: hourly plus incentive base bonuses

Job Duties:

• Make 60–80 outbound calls daily to targeted prospects
• Research companies and key decision-makers
• Qualify leads and identify business needs
• Schedule discovery meetings for sales reps
• Manage outreach cadences using a CRM
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and notes
• Collaborate with sales leadership to refine messaging
