Fred Haas Toyota Country is looking for motivated, ambitious, and customer-focused Sales Professionals to join our growing team in Houston. Whether you have automotive sales experience or are new to the industry, we provide training and the tools you need to succeed.

What You'll DoHelp customers find the right new or pre-owned vehicle for their needs.
Build lasting relationships with customers and provide an exceptional buying experience.
Follow up with leads by phone, text, and email.
Learn Toyota products, inventory, pricing, and current incentives.
Guide customers through the complete sales process, from initial contact through vehicle delivery.
Work with managers and the finance team to provide a smooth customer experience.
Work toward and exceed monthly sales and performance goals.
Maintain accurate customer information and follow up using CRM tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and professional work ethic.
Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.
Excellent customer-service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Sales or customer-service experience preferred, but automotive experience is not required
.High school diploma or GED.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
