Account Manager

The Account Manager is responsible for promoting and selling the organization's products and services within an assigned geographic area, product range, or list of customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Generate sales revenue to meet or exceed assigned sales projections by giving interactive sales visits to customer locations.
• Maintain contact with an established customer base; identify and establish new clients.
• Communicate and strategize with the sales team on all related client issues.
• Prepare and deliver bids for customers with a follow-up report to the sales manager and CRM.
• Work in conjunction with operations personnel to ensure the above-expected customer services are achieved.
• Work with technical support and customers to ensure completeness and accuracy of information.
• Evaluate market requirements and competitor capabilities.
• Assist in creditworthiness assessments and collection of all delinquent accounts.
• Attend functions when necessary to keep in contact with customers.
• Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
• Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.
