What You'll Do

• Represent client brands through professional face-to-face customer interactions in a retail environment.
• Educate customers on products and services while identifying solutions that meet their needs.
• Support customer acquisition and brand awareness initiatives.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build positive customer relationships.
• Assist with promotional marketing campaigns and retail events.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve individual and company goals.
• Participate in ongoing training focused on communication, leadership, sales, and marketing techniques.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or other customer-facing roles is helpful but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and receive coaching.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented.
• Reliable transportation to our Houston office and assigned retail locations.
