Summary

Part-Time Client Advisor based at the Houston Galleria responsible for delivering exceptional, personalized service to clients and representing the Brand on the sales floor. The role focuses on building long-term client relationships through active clienteling, mastering product knowledge across categories, and contributing to individual and team sales targets while reporting to the Team Manager.

• Deliver exceptional client experiences by understanding and fulfilling client needs and preferences.
• Represent the Brand with professionalism and enthusiasm in all client interactions.
• Achieve individual and team sales objectives through effective engagement and relationship building.
• Maintain and leverage clienteling tools to develop long-term client relationships and personalized follow-up.
• Collaborate with team members to support a positive and dynamic store environment.

• Previous retail experience, preferably in a high-end or luxury environment, or strong customer‑centric background.
• Demonstrated sales and commercial mindset with ability to meet sales goals.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence clients.
• Willingness to learn, develop product knowledge across categories, and continuously improve performance.
