Company DescriptionCarrier Enterprise (CE) is a premier national distributor specializing in residential and light commercial Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) products, parts, and supplies. We operate primarily in the B2B environment, selling our products through licensed HVAC dealers and contractors. These dealers are independent companies that sell, deliver, and service Carrier, Bryant & Payne products to residences and businesses in their respective markets.
With over 200+ locations across 28 states, Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, Latin America, Mexico, and Canada, we are well-positioned to meet our customers' HVAC/R needs.
The Manager of Controls will assist and train commercial contractors with Carrier i-Vu controls. This position will be expected to draw up submittals, assist in controls start-up, support and trouble shoot i-Vu controls system when called upon by our clients.
Job Responsibilities- Provide a primary resource for our customers to answer controls questions.
- Assist in operating the existing Certified Controls Expert Contractor Programs.
- Maintain Technician Certification documentation and establish training & testing requirements.
- Assist in conducting training classes for the sales & installation of Carrier controls systems for dealers.
- Attract elite contractor memberships in the Factory Controls Authorization Program.
- Supports roll out new controls products to the Controls Expert dealers.
- Grow the Carrier Commercial Controls presence in the assigned Carrier Enterprise region(s).
- Manage the interface between the factory and our customers.
- Travel throughout the assigned region(s) to provide support to Carrier controls dealers.
