Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role based in Greater Houston. The Sales Consultant will guide prospective buyers through the home purchasing process, including greeting visitors, conducting model home tours, and explaining floor plans, pricing, and available options. Daily responsibilities include qualifying leads, understanding buyer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and following up consistently to move prospects through the sales pipeline.
The role also involves preparing and reviewing contracts, coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth closing process, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The Sales Consultant will support marketing activities, attend community events or open houses, and work to ensure a positive, professional experience for every customer.
- Strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills, with the ability to understand buyer needs and present appropriate home solutions.
- Commitment to Customer Satisfaction and high-quality Customer Service, focused on building trust and long-term relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
- Previous experience in residential real estate, homebuilding, or related sales roles is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software, and comfort working with online listings and digital presentations.
- Ability to work on-site in Greater Houston, including weekends and evenings as needed to support community traffic and events.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple prospects and tasks while meeting sales targets.
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus.
