We are looking for a motivated, self-driven Residential Development Representative to join our team and help expand our customer base through door-to-door sales.

As a Direct Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business through direct, door-to-door sales efforts. You will educate potential customers, in our already established communities, about the benefits of our fiber optic internet, IPTV services, and home security solutions. This role requires a high level of energy, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• 1–3 years of sales experience (telecom, security, or direct sales preferred).
• Must have valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Goal-oriented, resilient, and able to work independently.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
