Inside Sales Representative

ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive phone-based sales in our residential construction-related services, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. In this role, you will handle inbound calls and make outbound follow-up calls to past estimates to "rehash" and close additional business. You'll qualify leads, present service options, and schedule appointments with our technicians. Responsibilities

• Make outbound and inbound calls to residential customers to promote HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services
• Follow up on previous estimates ("rehash") to close additional sales and service agreements
• Qualify leads, understand customer needs, and match them with appropriate ARS-Rescue Rooter solutions
• Use CRM systems to document calls, track leads, and manage sales pipeline activity
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call, conversion, and revenue targets
• Coordinate with field technicians and customer service to schedule appointments and ensure smooth handoffs
• Provide accurate pricing, promotions, and service information to customers
• Handle objections professionally and maintain a customer-focused, consultative sales approach
• Adhere to safety-first, ethical sales practices and company policies
• Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and sales techniques
