Wealthy Leadership is a Christ-centered financial coaching agency. We help families and professionals move from financial stress to a real, written plan built on biblical stewardship and practical financial education, not hype or pressure tactics.

We're not hiring a call floor full of dialers reading off a script. We're looking for a few people who are genuinely good in conversation and care about the person on the other end of it.

The Role , In Plain Terms You'll be starting conversations through your network, social platforms, referrals, and professional communities with people who are already thinking about their financial future. Your job is to figure out where they're really at, explain what we do in a way that makes sense to them, and decide if they're ready for a deeper conversation with our advisory team.

If they are, you set the appointment.

That's it. No cold-call quotas, no manipulation, no "always be closing." Just conversations that go somewhere real.

Your Week Will Include Reaching out to prospects through social platforms, referrals, and network

Having honest, curious conversations - not pitches

Figuring out someone's goals, challenges, and financial picture through good questions

Explaining our services simply, without jargon or pressure

Judging real readiness before pushing anyone toward a next step Booking and prepping appointments for the advisory team Keeping your notes and follow-up tight and consistent

Building your own pipeline and hitting your weekly activity targets

This Works Well For You If:

You've done client-facing work before - sales, consulting, hospitality, customer service, anything where trust had to be earned fast

You don't need someone managing you to stay consistent

You're coachable - you want to get better, not defend how you already do things

You want flexibility and are comfortable with income tied to your own activity, not a fixed paycheck

No license or certification needed to start. This is a conversation and coordination role - not a licensed advisory position.

Pay Structure This is commission-based, not hourly. Most active setters land between $900–$1,800/week, and there's genuinely no ceiling. Top performers earn more because the structure rewards output, not tenure. If you want a role where your effort maps directly to your paycheck, this is built for that.
