Summary

The Client Advisor is an in-store sales role responsible for delivering exceptional, personalized service and embodying the Tiffany brand to build lasting client relationships. You will drive sales by cultivating new and existing clients, achieving commercial targets, and managing client appointments. Proficiency in Vietnamese is a plus for this posting.

• Embody the Tiffany brand and deliver the Tiffany Touch in every client interaction.
• Build and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Capture and maintain accurate client data using POS and client tracking systems.
• Deliver elevated in-store experiences, style clients, and execute hospitality best practices.
• Convert appointments and walk-ins through consultative selling and product knowledge.

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-facing hospitality roles.
• Proven track record of achieving commercial results and meeting sales targets.
• Ability to connect with diverse clients and deliver exceptional service.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking tools, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Proficiency in Vietnamese preferred.
