Outside Sales Representative

Hire Up Staffing is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative in Houston, TX. This position focuses on developing new business, managing customer relationships, and selling industrial equipment and related solutions.

• Prospect and develop new business within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct in-person customer visits and sales presentations.
• Manage the sales process from prospecting through closing.
• Follow up on leads and identify additional sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed sales goals.
• Maintain accurate CRM and sales activity records.
• Work with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
• Travel extensively throughout the territory, including occasional overnight travel.

• 3+ years of outside sales/business development experience required.
• Experience renting or selling air compressors and/or generators strongly preferred.
• Industrial equipment, construction, rental, manufacturing, or related sales experience preferred.
• Proven prospecting and closing experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
