Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits seeks a Sales Consultant to grow Class B on-premise accounts for our leading wine and spirits portfolio. In this field-based role, you will manage a defined territory of bars, restaurants, and hospitality venues, driving distribution, volume, and brand visibility. You'll build strong customer relationships, execute pricing and promotional programs, host tastings, and provide product education. Working in a collaborative, people-first culture, you'll receive robust training, career growth opportunities, and the chance to represent top global beverage brands.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of on-premise accounts (bars, restaurants, hotels) within assigned territory
- Promote and sell Southern Glazer's wine and spirits portfolio to meet and exceed sales targets
- Develop account-level sales plans, pricing strategies, and promotional programs
- Conduct regular in-person customer visits, tastings, and product presentations
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and category performance
- Collaborate with suppliers, marketing, and operations to execute brand programs
- Ensure compliant merchandising, brand visibility, and point-of-sale execution
- Leverage CRM and sales tools to track pipeline, orders, and performance metrics
- Provide training and education on product knowledge and responsible service to customers
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
