Ready to trade the cubicle for the great outdoors? We're looking for driven, personable go-getters to join our roofing
sales team. No roofing or sales background needed — we'll teach you everything from spotting a bad shingle to
closing the deal. Bring the hustle and the people skills; we'll bring the training, the tools, and a team that's got your
back.
What You'll Do- Inspect roofs and give homeowners a straight answer on what's really going on up there
- Turn those findings into clear, accurate estimates and proposals
- Build real relationships with homeowners and property managers — then close the deal
- Keep your pipeline warm with consistent, timely follow-up
- Explain roofing systems and materials in plain English, no jargon required
- Hand off cleanly to our production and installation crews
- Represent the company like the pro you're becoming
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- A willingness to learn — prior roofing or sales experience helps, but isn't required
- Strong people skills and a knack for earning trust fast
- Self-motivation — you own your schedule and your results
- Comfort working outdoors, including time on ladders and roofs
- Commission sales role with weekly bonus earning ranging from $50,000–$150,000+ per year
