Senior Key Account Manager – Hispanic Grocery

• Develop annual strategies/account plans and manage budgets for retail chains
• Identify sales gaps in the market and develop plans to close them
• Utilize data to analyze A-B performance in key accounts and identify opportunities for growth
• Maintain complete knowledge of AB and competitive pricing and develop plans to maximize opportunities
• Utilize sales tools including iDig, PBI, Circana, and BIR
• Maintain active communications with field sales and wholesaler personnel
• Foster strong relationships with retail chains including Fiesta, La Michoacana, Food Town, and wholesaler counterparts
• Execute sales strategies for volume, share, distribution, assortment, and revenue

• BS/BA degree in business, finance, marketing or related field
• Sales and/or Marketing experience, preferably in the beverage or consumer package goods industry
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
• Strong internal and external customer orientation
• Effective communications/presentation, follow-up, administrative and organizational skills
• Computer software proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Power BI
• Ability to travel up to 30%

Proficient in maintaining strong relationships with retail chains and effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
