• Communicate with customers and prospective customers about products and services.

• Listen to customer needs and provide relevant information.

• Follow up with customers and prospects as directed.

• Assist with preparing materials for customer communication and outreach.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
