Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a pipeline of commercial construction landscape opportunities across HOAs, resorts, commercial properties, and municipalities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, property managers, and key decision-makers
• Lead proposals, estimates, and bids for landscape construction projects in partnership with operations and estimating teams
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth handoff from sale to execution and client satisfaction
• Track market trends, competitors, and bid calendars to identify new growth opportunities
• Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals while maintaining profitable margins
• Represent Yellowstone Landscape at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
• Use CRM tools to document activities, forecast revenue, and report on sales performance
